Our barn style wedding venue is nestled in the charming town of Canton, GA, offering a picturesque setting for your North Georgia Farm wedding. Our property is lush with blueberry fields, fresh vegetables and tons of local flowers.
Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 150 of your loved ones, ensuring an intimate and inviting atmosphere.
Our venue includes some of the most picturesque outdoor spaces in Northern Georgia. Our beautiful ceremony lawn has the backdrop of the lush Georgia woods, and valley of our blueberry farm. We also have an outdoor patio just off the reception space that can be used for whatever you would like during the night! It is a popular spot for the bar! Let’s not forget our cozy fire pit down by our vegetable and flower garden!
In case of inclement weather, we can certainly have the ceremony inside the barn and flip it for reception. Our covered patio area is also shielded from the rain.
Absolutely. You are free to choose how you would like to decorate the space!
We offer dedicated, cozy spaces for both the bride and her bridesmaids and the groom and his groomsmen, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable and stylish area to prepare and create cherished pre-wedding memories.
Our venue is adorned with charming cafe lights on the ceremony lawn, and patio, creating a cozy and romantic ambiance that’s perfect for your celebration.
If you are using the venue’s provided table and chairs, we will take care of Set Up and Tear Down. However, if you choose to rent furniture, the rental company will be responsible. Your planner will be responsible for all tabletop decor.
While we don’t provide overnight accommodations on-site, we can recommend a list of local Airbnb options, as well as nearby hotels, all within a convenient 15-minute drive.
Yes, we offer well-lit, on-site parking to ensure the convenience and safety of your guests.

We do have an on-site coordinator that is amazing, however, you are not required to use her. We do require that you have one though! This ensures that your day runs smoothly and all the details are meticulously attended to.

Yes, our ceremony space is outside on the lawn, while receptions are most commonly inside the barn or on the patio. However, the venue is your Oyster! You can choose to use the venue however you would like!

Miscellaneous
We are pet lovers ourselves and understand that they are an important part of your big day! They are allowed as long as they are on leash at all time and have a designated person to watch them (and pick up after them). There is a lot of wild life on property so please keep that in mind.
No, there is a strict no open flame policy. No live flame candles, sparklers or fire pits. Cold Sparks are approved if provided by a qualified, trained vendor.
Actually, Yes! We would be happy to provide you with our Fresh Blueberries to use in cocktails, or dessert. We also allow your florist to harvest some of our flowers to use in their arrangements. *You are required to obtain permission for this.

Depending on the package you choose! For all inclusive, yes, but for Blank Canvas you can bring in your own. Each wedding should be personal and custom, but we have an amazing list of caterers we trust, depending on your style, budget, and dietary preferences.
For Blank Canvas bookings, you may use any caterer you wish if they are licensed and insured. We ask that they are licensed and insured to protect you and your wedding day from mishaps.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own alcohol. However, you must also hire an approved licensed and insured bartending company to serve your beverages.
Our venue is equipped with a caterer’s kitchen and prep area, providing a convenient space for your chosen caterer to prepare and serve delectable dishes.
Yes, of course! We have complied a list of some of the best of the best vendors in the area that we have seen nothing but amazing results from at previous weddings.
Day Of
Our venue is available for you to access the Bridal Suite at 9 am on your wedding day, giving you ample time to prepare and savor every moment.
You have the venue rental for 12 hours, 10am-10pm (not including access time to bridal suite). Additional hours can be bought for and extra $250/hr.
Yes, the couple is required to pull day-of Liability Insurance. Your Vendors are all also required to have Liability Insurance, and sign a waiver. We have an insurance partner that makes this very easy for you.
The party should conclude no later than 11 pm, with guests departing by midnight to ensure a smooth conclusion to your celebration.
We do hire a security guard for every event that there will be alcohol present at. This usually costs the couple $200-$300 depending on the amount of time they will be present.

There are tons of cute towns to visit nearby, including downtown Canton where there is always something fun happening. Enjoy one of the many farms nearby to feed some animals, or pick some blueberries!

Booking & Payments
After an in person tour or call, we can place a complementary 1-week hold on a date.Verbal commitment does not lock in your date. A payment of 35% down must be made to do so.
Booking is simple! Secure your date with a 35% retainer. You will have one payment half way through, and the final payment will be due 30 days prior to your wedding.

Couples are required to purchase a day-of-event policy ($100-$200), adding an extra layer of security to your celebration. The only other fee is a one time Service fee ($300 for Blank Canvas, or $850 for All Inclusive) that covers all Credit Card and cleaning fees.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to your big day!
