For one-day venue wedding rentals, the standard rental period is from 10am to 10pm, allowing for a total of 12 hours of venue use. For private events this is typically a 6 hour rental and hours will vary based on packages.

All music and festivities must conclude by 10:00 PM, in accordance with your rental agreement. If you’ve added extra rental hours, your event end time will be adjusted accordingly. All guests, vendors, and personal belongings should be cleared from the venue by the end of your reserved rental time.

To reserve a date for your wedding or event, simply contact our event team to check for availability and discuss your preferred date. Once you have selected a date, we will provide you with a proposal.

Yes, a 35% first payment is required to secure your event. The retainer amount and due date will be specified in your contract. The retainer is due upon signing the contract to officially reserve your date.

The first payment is due immediately to ensure that your event date is reserved exclusively for you.

Your rental price covers the venue, but all couples are required to purchase day-of event liability insurance prior to their wedding. Additional fees may also apply if you choose to add extra rental hours or optional enhancements. Our team will review all costs with you before booking so there are no surprises.

Your final payment is due 30 days before your event date. We’ll send you a reminder in advance so you have plenty of time to complete your balance before your celebration.
