Couples at White Crest Farm can kickstart their celebrations with an outdoor ceremony adjacent to the barn. This quaint area is complete with pecan trees, luscious green lawns, botanical blooms, and an open-air stone fireplace. Here, you can exchange vows at the foot of the fireplace overlooking loved ones and the farm’s grounds. Once you’ve tied the knot, this area can be transformed into a cozy cocktail party setting. You can sip on beverages, mingle with guests, and watch as the sun elegantly sets over the horizon. Alternatively, the nearby White Barn can host memorable cocktail hours and banquets under shelter. Complete with wooden beams and traditional barn doors, this quaint area is great for smaller gatherings. A night of dancing and laughter can then commence in the site’s Gathering Hall. This spacious room can comfortably host celebrations of up to 250 people, including a dance floor and live entertainment. The hall welcomes guests through its five white French doors and features chandeliers, string lighting, lanterns, and spotlights. Opposite the Gathering Hall, you and your guests can take a rest from dancing in one of two verandas. Additional facilities include get-ready suites where you can relax and get changed before the big moment arrives.

Venue
Our venue is located in the town of Carrollton, Georgia and is about 45 miles west of Atlanta near the Alabama state line. It is part of the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and is in Carroll County. White Crest Farm offers a picturesque setting for your wedding and is the perfect venue if you want something that feels a bit more modern but still has a distinctively rustic feel. Our West Atlanta, Georgia wedding venue is conveniently located nearby hotels and restaurants and is perfect for guests coming from out of town.
Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 150 of your loved ones, ensuring an intimate and inviting atmosphere. We have both outdoor and indoor spaces for your receptions and ceremony and the entire venue is your canvas to create an event that is a unique to every couple.
Our venue boasts a variety of enchanting outdoor spaces, including a tranquil tree lined ceremony space, wooded area perfect for taking pictures, a wrap-around patio adorned with cafe lights, and a beautiful ceremony space nestled among the rolling hills, perfect for up to 150 guests.
In case of inclement weather, we can have the entire event indoors. We have 2 indoor spaces that can be used as well as our lawns can be tented with a variety of tent styles…so plenty of options in case of rain or inclement weather.
Absolutely. You are free to choose how you would like to decorate the space. However, we also have an extensive, gorgeous onsite decor closet if you don’t want the hassle of buying (or bringing) your own decor.
We offer a very large dedicated space for the bride and her bridesmaids with a hospitality corner, full bathroom, and suite of mirrors, and plenty of place to get ready and relax in a pretty environment perfect for pre-wedding pictures. The groom and his groomsmen have a dedicated space complete with a tv and fridge for pre-wedding refreshments ensuring that everyone has a comfortable and stylish area to prepare and create cherished pre-wedding memories.
Our venue is adorned with charming cafe lights on the patio, and plenty of lighting throughout out the White Barn and reception spaces creating a cozy and romantic ambiance that’s perfect for your celebration.
The initial set-up of tables and chairs is handled by our venue staff, leaving you free to focus on your special day.
We do have an overnight house on property that sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms available for an additional $250/night. We can aslo recommend a list of local Airbnb options, as well as nearby hotels like Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, and Holiday Inn Express, all within a convenient 15-minute drive.

The party should conclude no later than 11 pm, with guests departing by midnight to ensure a smooth conclusion to your celebration.

The area around our venue offers a variety of activities to enjoy. These include hiking, visiting the local movie theater, exploring a nearby winery, and sampling the offerings at Local Ties Brewing Company or another local favorite, Printers Ale Manufacturing Co.. We also recommend:

Booking & Payments
Booking your dream wedding at our venue is simple. Secure your date with a 35% first payment, and the final payments can be split and scheduled out with the final payments due 60 days before the event.
To reserve a date for your wedding, simply choose your preferred package, sign a contract and secure it with a 35% retainer. This is followed by signing rules and regulations document to confirm the details of your special day.
The retainer is due immediately to ensure that your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you.
Couples are required to purchase a day-of-event insurance policy ($100-$200), adding an extra layer of security to your celebration.
The final payment is due 60 days before your wedding, allowing you to complete your preparations and anticipate your big day with confidence.
