At Launch Pointe, planning your wedding or special event goes beyond the day of your booking. Create a memorable and comfortable experience for you and your guests by allowing them to stay a few nights on property. With a variety of accommodations such as RV hookups, glamping, and yurts or vintage trailers available to rent, your guests are sure to have an amazing stay, regardless of their budget, family size, and personal preferences.
RVS
Launch your group reservation adventure, or reserve your full hook-up RV site. Stay for a little, or stay for awhile: RV sites are available for up to a 4-month stay. Stay in any one of our 7 unique RV campgrounds. All RV spaces are equipped with 50-amp & 30-amp electrical hookups, along with water and sewer.
YURTS
If you’ve been looking for an exciting way to spend a few days, consider staying in one of our six themed yurts. Yurts are non-insulated canvas tents on a wooden platform and the wide variety of themes and styles including Boho and Bali inspired decor are sure to wow even the most picky of “campers”.
VINTAGE TRAILERS
Located in a secluded clearing, our Vintage Village provides guests with the opportunity to stay in one of our 7 vintage trailers where they can mingle with other guests and visitors in one of our many dedicated event lawns or around the community fireplace.
STORAGE
Conveniently store your vehicle in one of our secure RV, boat, or trailer storage units directly onsite. Launch Pointe is also an RV Resort in Lake Elsinore and one of the top places to store your RV or camper in the Riverside, CA area.

Venue
Our venue is nestled on the edge of Lake Elsinore which is the largest natural freshwater lake in Southern California. The resort is located in the shadow of the Santa Ana Mountains and the Cleveland National Forest and offers a unique and picturesque setting for your wedding. We are also located only 30 minutes east of Orange County and only 20 minutes northwest from wine country in Temecula, CA. We are also home to the Lake Elsinore Storm professional baseball team, an affiliate of the San Diego Padres and their home stadium, the Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium.
Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 150 of your loved ones, ensuring an intimate and inviting atmosphere. We have multiple patios and a gorgeous indoor/outdoor mezzanine which expands the capacity for cocktail style events or corporate or social functions.
Our venue boasts a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, including a stunning 2400 sq. ft. community hall with vaulted 40′ ceilings, outdoor patios and an upstairs mezzanine that looks over the beach and provides stunning views of Lake Elsinore, a tranquil lawn area mixed with towering trees and vintage Airstream trailers known as our “Vintage Village”, and a variety of other auxiliary lawns, beach front access for beach wedding ceremonies, and larger lawns for concerts and community events.
In case of inclement weather, we can utilize our covered indoor/outdoor mezzanine area as the ceremony space and then use the community hall as the reception space, all covered and temperature controlled.
Absolutely. You are free to choose how you would like to decorate the space. However, we also have wonderful relationships with event planner and event rental companies on our preferred vendor list if you don’t want the hassle of bringing (or buying) your own decor.
We do not offer dedicated spaces for the bride and the groom to get ready however, you are able to rent any of the Yurts and Vintage Airstreams as a truly unique getting ready area that is sure to leave an impression on your wedding party.
Our venue features a variety of up lights and wash lights, creating a cozy and romantic ambiance that’s perfect for your celebration.
The initial set-up of tables and chairs is expertly handled by our venue staff, leaving you free to focus on your special day.
We are proud to offer overnight accommodations on-site, through our Vintage Village Airstreams, Yurt Village, and RV options. We can also recommend a list of local Airbnb options, as well as nearby hotels like Courtyard by Marriott, Best Western Plus, and Holiday Inn Express, all within a convenient 15-minute drive.

Yes, we offer well-lit, paved on-site parking to ensure the convenience and safety of your guests. There is dedicated event parking right in front of the Community Event Hall as well as a huge overflow lot that can easily handle over 250 cars.
Planning
While we don’t provide an on-site coordinator, we do require that you have one. This ensures that your day runs smoothly and all the details are meticulously attended to. Our venue manager is there to help supervise the venue and make sure the venue operates smoothly and will work with your coordinator or planner to make sure you have the best day ever!
Yes, you have the option to hire your own wedding planner, bringing your vision to life with the expertise of a professional who understands your unique style and desires.
The timeline for planning your wedding at our venue typically ranges from 4 to 18 months, allowing you ample time to create the day of your dreams.
Yes, we include a one-hour rehearsal in the rental fee, ensuring that your ceremony proceeds flawlessly on your wedding day. The rehearsal is scheduled with the venue manager once you enter the final 30 days of planning.
We have no restrictions on music or entertainment. You have the freedom to curate the perfect atmosphere for your celebration. We do have awesome house speakers you can use, or you can hire a professional DJ, live band, or other entertainment for your event.
Certainly! You can have a ceremony rehearsal on-site to ensure that every moment of your special day is picture-perfect. We have a number of different spaces that are perfect for ceremonies; schedule a tour today to see some of the options for your wedding or event ceremony.
Yes, our venue is versatile and accommodating, allowing you to host your ceremony and reception at different locations on the property, creating a dynamic and memorable experience for your guests.
Yes, your rental fee includes tables and chairs, making it easier for you to plan your wedding and create a beautiful and comfortable setting for your guests. We have upgraded white folding event chairs and round tables, as well as some foldable 6 and 8 foot tables all available for your use
The beauty of the Launch Pointe Wedding Venue space is that it is very customizable to fit the needs of a wide variety of events. We specialize in creating unforgettable weddings that encompass both classic and modern styles, ensuring your celebration reflects your unique love story.
Miscellaneous
We understand that pets are cherished members of your family. With a proper handler, pets are allowed, but they must be on leashes during the ceremony and reception to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and the safety of the guests of the resort.
No, we do not allow hot sparklers due to city restrictions but you are welcome to use “cold” sparklers, glow sticks, and lanterns for wedding send-off decorations.
Bar & Catering
No, we do not. We know how important it is to accommodate a variety of styles, budgets, and dietary needs, so our wedding venue is “blank canvas” meaning you can bring in you favorite catering company, restaurant, or chef, as long as they have proper license and insurance. We DO have an amazing list of catering companies, taco trucks, chefs, and others we are happy to recommend should you need suggestions!
You may use any caterer you wish if they are licensed and insured. We ask that they are licensed and insured to protect you and your wedding day from mishaps.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own alcohol, making it a BYOB affair. However, you must also hire an approved licensed and insured bartending company to serve your beverages. At Launch Pointe Wedding Venue, we also have in-house bartender team you can hire to serve your drinks, just to make it easy and stress-free!
Yes, our venue is equipped with a caterer’s kitchen and prep area, providing a convenient space for your chosen caterer to prepare and serve delectable dishes. We also have a commercial refrigerator and freezer as well as a ice machine that is fully available for your use.
While we have a recommended list of vendors, it’s not required. You have the freedom to select the vendors that resonate with your wedding vision.
Day Of
Our venue is available for you to access at 1pm on your wedding day, giving you, your family, and your vendors ample time to prepare and savor every moment.
You can enjoy our venue until 10:00PM, allowing you to celebrate your wedding late into the evening. We do allow your vendors additional time to clean up the event after.
Yes, we have liability insurance in place to provide peace of mind and security for your event. We also require that you get insurance as well, to make sure you are protected and this can be done very inexpensively (and with just a few clicks) through our insurance partner we have provided for your convenience. Plus the best part, every policy through them helps feed a child in the local community through our partnership with Got Your Back.
The party should conclude no later than 10 pm, with guests departing right after to ensure a smooth conclusion to your celebration, and plenty of time to clean up the event venue.
Logistics & Activities
For domestic flights, San Diego International Airport is the nearest international airport to our venue and is about 1.5 hours away. We are within a few hours to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and located about 1.5 hours from John Wayne Airport in Orange County. For private flights, French Valley Airport is the closest option.
The area around our venue offers a variety of activities to enjoy. These include hiking, visiting the local downtown Lake Elsinore, exploring nearby wineries, and a variety of extreme activities including skydiving, boating, and sampling the offerings at Main Street Kitchen and Tap, or Stadium Pizza (a local favorite!)

- Skull Canyon Ziplines: They offer several zipline eco courses on 160 acres of natural undisturbed mountainous terrain. We are located in Corona, California and provide a unique eco-experience.
- Lake Elsinore Storm Baseball: The Lake Elsinore Storm are a minor league baseball team that calls Lake Elsinore home. It’s a Class A – Advanced team in the California League, and is a farm team of the San Diego Padres.
- Skydive Elsinore: Skydive Elsinore was established in 1959 and is the longest running skydiving operation in North America, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2009. Skydive Elsinore prides itself with having the friendliest staff in the industry.
- Golf at The Links at Summerly: The Links at Summerly’s stunning par-72, nearly 7,000-yard layout was designed by renowned golf course architect Cal Olson to fit seamlessly into the landscape.

Absolutely! We’d be delighted to show you around and discuss how our venue can bring your wedding vision to life. We try to be as flexible as possible, but frequently book up at least 7 days in advance so reach out and we will get you scheduled at a time that works for you!
Booking & Payments
Booking your dream wedding or event at our venue is simple. Secure your date with a 35% first payment, and then schedule your payments out depending on how much planning time you have! We have convenient and flexible payment options for everyone and the final payment is due 30 days prior to your event.
To reserve a date for your wedding, simply choose your date, sign the contract and rules and regulations and lock it in with a 35% first payment. The venue manager can help with all these details and will go through everything with you. Our team is there for you every step of the way to make sure you have what you need for a successful and memorable event at our venue.
The retainer is due immediately after you sign the contract to ensure that your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you.
Couples are required to purchase a day-of-event insurance policy ($100-$200), adding an extra layer of security to your celebration. We also have a very small administrative fee that is added to each invoice to help cover the cost of merchant services and administrative costs.
The final payment is due 30 days before your wedding, allowing you to complete your preparations and anticipate your big day with confidence.
