CSE Venues provides event-related services, including but not limited to event inquiries, venue information, bookings, coordination, and customer support communications. Services may include communication via SMS text messages, phone calls, and email. SMS use cases include sending appointment reminders, event updates, and responding to direct inquiries initiated by the user.

2. Consent to Receive Communications

By submitting your information through our forms and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from CSE Venues via SMS text messages, phone calls, and email.

  • Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. SMS Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time.

  • To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send you.
  • For assistance or more information, reply HELP to any message or contact our support team at support@csevenues.com.
  • Once you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-opt in.

4. Age Restriction

By using our services and opting into SMS communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services and messaging are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers (such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent through our service.
